Delete My Personal Information:
You may request that MRF delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Once we receive your submission, we will (to the extent required by law) delete your personal information. Please note that deleting your personal information will result in the closure of your account, and as such, your experience will be impacted for future Sites visits.
Access My Personal Information:
You may request that MRF provides you with a copy of the personal information that we hold by emailing [email protected]. The information provided by MRF may be limited to personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.
Notice to California Residents. In accordance with California State law, Users who are California residents may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
Children's Privacy:
MRF does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and is committed to maintaining the privacy of all children in accordance with applicable laws. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal information through the Sites. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information on the Sites without their permission. The Sites are hosted in the United States.
