AFTER BOOKING → & THE SESSION FLOW:
① When you sign up for the session, you'll fill out the form to share more of what's going on, what inspired you to book the call, etc. This will help me best leverage our time. You'll then get an email confirmation, and a couple reminders leading up to the Zoom session.
② When we meet, we’ll start with some grounding and intention-setting, then you'll catch me up to what's happening in your life / biz, and any parts of your back-story that feel important to share.
③ During the call, I’ll help you gain clarity on the big picture of what's getting int he way, and what might need to shift in the next 3, 6, or 12 months for you to reach your goals.
If by the end of the session it seems like I can help you reach your goals, I’ll ask for consent to share info on how I can help. If it feels like you got what you needed from this session alone, or if a different type of support is more aligned for you at this time, we’ll talk about next steps in that process, too.
*A note: as we get into the session, things might get emotional! I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve cried on a coaching call - and I can’t tell you the number of people who've cried with me. If you’re feelin some fear of falling apart - I promise, I got you.
