I'm a Bronx-born, Brooklyn-living, NYC-loving baddie who's been coaching, leading, and mentoring for 15+ years. I'm a dog mama, basketball lover, subconscious-reprogramming-nerd, artist, and community organizer.
After over a decade in public education (hs math teacher, school leader, and educational equity consultant), a lifetime of anxiety and depression, and the end of an 8-year toxic romance, I bought a one-way ticket to SE Asia back in 2018 to heal my body, learn the land, and free my soul.
I founded my LLC in 2020, and received 12 certifications across fields of subconscious reprogramming, trauma-informed nervous system regulation, life coaching, business development, & effective teaching - and hit 4 years of spinning in circles, trapped in shame and imposter-syndrome with paralyzing perfectionism until a big identity breakthrough in 2024.
Since then, I've had back-to-back years of nearly 2x-ing my income, becoming a multi-6-figure entrepreneur (even with a tiny audience) with more creativity, play, pleasure, self-trust, and freedom than ever before.
I'm "The Systems Queen," a mindset magician, and an expert at mirroring back what you can't see, getting underneath what's secretly holding you back and how to change it, in a way that's empowering, fun, evidenced-based, creative, supportive, clean-and-clear, and direct af.

what to expect during your session:
① When you sign up for the session, you'll fill out the form to share more of what's going on, what inspired you to book the call, etc. This will help me best leverage our time. You'll then get an email confirmation, and a couple reminders leading up to the Zoom session.
② When we meet, we’ll start with some grounding and intention-setting, then you'll catch me up to what's happening in your life / biz, and any parts of your back-story that feel important to share.
③ During the call, I’ll help you gain clarity on the big picture of what's getting int he way, and what might need to shift in the next 3, 6, or 12 months for you to reach your goals.
If by the end of the session it seems like I can help you reach your goals, I’ll ask for consent to share info on how I can help. If it feels like you got what you needed from the strategy session alone, or if a different type of support is more aligned for you at this time, we’ll talk about next steps in that process, too.
*A note: as we get into the session, things might get emotional! I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve cried on a coaching call - and I can’t tell you the number of people who've cried with me. If you’re feelin some fear of falling apart - I promise, I got you.
We get to hold through the emotional pieces, and also get into the strategic biz, embodiment, and mindset actions that will help you build towards your goal while feeling clear, confident, and dope af.
Everything is confidential, and stays between you and me.
