I'm a Bronx-born, Brooklyn-living, NYC-loving baddie who's been coaching, leading, and mentoring for 15+ years. I'm a dog mama, basketball lover, subconscious-reprogramming-nerd, artist, and community organiser.
After over a decade in public education (hs math teacher, school leader, and educational equity consultant), a lifetime of anxiety and depression, and the end of an 8-year toxic romance, I bought a one-way ticket to SE Asia back in 2018 to heal my body, learn the land, and free my soul.
I'll skip the bagillion certifications - but in 2020 I founded my LLC - and hit 4 years of running from myself, navigating shame, and spinning in circles until a big identity breakthrough in 2024.
Since then, I've had back-to-back years of nearly 2x-ing my income, becoming a 6-figure entrepreneur, and having the best dating experiences of my life <3 - with more creativity, play, pleasure, self-trust, and freedom than ever before.
