With Creation Lab You Get:

2 x 2 hour Creation Lab Sessions / month on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise noted, 7-9pm EST (starting in September 2026, we'll also be running sessions on the 1st & 3rd Friday of the month, 12:30pm-2:30pm EST) choose Tuesday evening or Friday afternoon cohorts - or attend them all!
Rituals, reflection prompts, embodiment practices, and bonus trainings during and between sessions

✦ Grounding + Session Intention ✦
We’ll explore a timely emotional / energetic theme, including journal prompts and group reflections. Soft rituals and/or embodiment practices may be included here!

✦ Parallel Play ✦
You'll be offered a soft creative prompt, which you take leave or take, and then work your creative process!!! You'll have roughly 75 minutes to create - do whatever you want to do - build whatever dream you want to dream.

✦ Community Shares ✦
Share a piece you created, reflect on the creative process, gush on any breakthroughs, inspirations, etc. and beyond.
